Hailing from the UK’s rainiest city, EHEM’s sound is anything but depressing. Twin sister duo Helen and Matilda Elwyn burst onto the local indie rock scene in 2013 with their memorable blend of scrappy beats, sharp riffs and inflected vocals, quickly outgrowing small-time venues in time to land the opening slot for Digita on their cross-Europe tour. EHEM’s debut single “Cast Iron” was covered on Season 18 of America’s Got Talent by semi-finalist Allison McDonald. McDonald’s version of the single hit 98 on the Billboard 100 chart, bringing EHEM’s sound to mainstream North America. EHEM’s first North American tour is scheduled for fall 2016.
